Directions: Meadow Rise is a turning off the A237 which runs South from Wallington (where it is called Smitham Bottom Lane) and North from Coulsdon (where it is called Woodcote Grove) at the junction of the A237 and B2030 (Smitham Downs Road) Parking is available in Woodcote High School car park. Enter main school building, and we can be found in the Main Hall. Please speak to the Coach in charge of the gym session in progress.
